Samsung has recently announced a new 2.5-inch hard drive for notebooks, the Spinpoint M8. This hard drive is comes in 1TB of storage capacity (two 500GB platters), and 5,400rpm spindle speed.
Samsung’s Spinpoint M8 has features SATA 3.0 Gbps interface, 8MB of cache, and 9.5mm height, and includes the EcoSeek and NoiseGuard technologies which ensure a quiet operation.
Price of Samsung Spinpoint M8 1TB model is $129.00.
