Lenovo IdeaPad U300s ultrabook, U300 and U400 laptops


Lenovo today announced three new IdeaPad U series laptops, including the U300s ultrabook, U300 and U400 laptops.

The Lenovo IdeaPad U300s ultrabook is the company’s first ultrabook, and packs a 13.3-inch display, a 2nd generation Core processor, 4GB of RAM, up to a 256GB solid state drive, a 1.3-megapixel webcam, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, SRS Premium Surround Sound, USB 3.0 connectivity, a HDMI output, and with color options including Graphite Grey and Clementine Orange. The IdeaPad U300s ultrabook will be available in October for a base price of $1195.
The Lenovo IdeaPad U300 and U400 laptops feature a 13.3- and 14-inch displays, respectively. The IdeaPad U300 packs an Intel HD 3000 integrated graphics and up to 6 hours of battery life. The IdeaPad U400 has a Radeon HD 6470M 1GB dicrete card, a DVD writer and and up to 7 hours of battery life.
The Lenovo IdeaPad U300 and U400 laptops are boasts an Intel Core CPU, up to 8GB of RAM and up to a 1TB hard drive or up to a 256GB solid state drive. Cost of Lenovo IdeaPad U300 and U400 laptops are start at $799, and $849, respectively.
